Refund policy

Return Policy:

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt of proof of purchase. To start a return, or have any questions regarding your product please feel free to contact us at slabbags@gmail.com

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that if your country of residence is not in the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return your item. Order shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping items over $50, you should consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Refunds:
We will notify you once we've received your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for some banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund too. If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days have passed please contact us at slabbags@gmail.com.

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges on our website. You may return your original order(subject to the requirements listed above) for a refund and place a new order for a replacement product which you will be responsible for.
